Install semanage

sudo yum install policycoreutils-python

Set label and reset directories/files label

sudo semanage fcontext -a -t httpd_sys_script_exec_t "/opt/lampp/htdocs(/.*)?"
sudo restorecon -rv "/opt/lampp/htdocs"
